I created a new envrionment "AigagranTestEnvironment (org5fac258f)".
I created database. There was no option to choose the version of database. The default version created is Instance version 9.1.0.2623
According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/business-applications-release-notes/october18/microsoft-flow/improved-alm-for-flows-with-solutions , database version should be 9.1.0.267 or later for solutions tab to appear.
As my database instance version is less than the reommended one, I am not able to see the solutions tab.
How can I upgrade the database version??
Or any other way to solve this issue??

Which plan are you using?
I am using Flow Plan 2 and the instance version on my side is 9.1.0.2429 and the Solutions tab is available on Microsoft Flow maker portal.
