Hi, Im looking for some help.
User is able to select an option from a choice field in the form and submit to Sharepoint. The value is showing in the gallery but not in the form when reviewing the data. Removing and adding the field does resolve the issue as the new field is also blank. The DefaultSelected property of the field is set as Parent.Default and the items set as Choices([@Requests].Engine) in the same as other fields in the application.

Is this a DropDown or a combo box? I assume the destination field is a Choice field?
@WarrenBelz Its a combo box. It relies on the value from the lookup column from the other list. I created a flow to send a notification with a link to the document. When you open the document via the link from email, the number is visible, but once you edit, it disappears again. If you access the app from the PowerApp itself, the engine number field is empty, doesnt matter if you go to details screen or to edit one. So far the only way to be able to see the engine number is by opening it via link from email, but only on details screen.
Does it really need to be a lookup field in the data source? These are problematic at best as you actually have to reference the ID of the field in the reference list. When you add a Flow into the mix, it is not surprising you are having difficulties displaying it.
