'Add a row into a table' action started to fail after running fine for 6 months

I have a simple flow, where I copy an Excel file to an target location then I will add rows into the table. Within the Excel, there is a table where I write the rows to. This has been working for the last 6 months and suddenly failed since last Thursday with the following error:

No table was found with the name '{CC700916-B4B0-4C58-A562-577DB6A393DB}'.
clientRequestId: 06660efd-6f46-4f29-a55d-eaf2189c75e7
serviceRequestId: 7bf38641-7fd6-4d1a-ab69-4ce09a612226

Need some help to resolve this issue as (1) the intended table to add a row exists in Excel (2) this has been working for 6 months and suddenly started to fail.

    Hi @Anonymous

Looks like your excel table name change in that's why the flow cannot found the table. Sometimes we need to delete the actions and add the action again to refresh the links and data that comes from the action. So, try deleting the "Add row into table 2" action and then add it again to refresh the data and locate the excel table

    Hi miguelcas,

I tried that but still could not work. Now on a different error (see below). This excel file is in SharePoint.

Is there a way to force the unlock?

Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFileLockException: The file https:TSL_temp.xlsx is locked for shared use by (unknown user).

    Hi @Anonymous

Looks like the excel file you are trying to edit it's locked by other user or flow. Just to know the table that you are updating it's in the original excel or in the copy one? This error could be  for some reasons

    1. because the flow is using the excel file for the copy action and the resource can not be open by the add row action. Adding a delay to the flow may solve this issue.

    2. Other flow or user it's using the same excel file. Like another automated flow that is trigger by an update. Same solution here, adding a delay.

    Hi miguelcas,

The lock is happening on the original file that is only used by this automation (and no human using that file). Hence, it is quite weird that it locks itself.

I have also deleted the file and created a new one. However, same thing happens i.e. the 'Copy File' reports that the source file is locked.

This did not happen 2 weeks ago. Did anything change?

    Hi @Anonymous

can you share screenshots of your flow, the error and the action that it's giving you the error?

Please make sure your credentials are setting up as the connection of the action Copy File.  You need to have access to the source folder/file and to the destination folder/file in SharePoint.
