Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am just starting with Power Automate and Flow. I am responsible for eking out productivity gains for our small (50 employees) company. We do have quite a few repetitive processes that go between Office 365 applications, proprietary websites (not ours), and desktop apps. I have begun doing my research and using online training resources, but would i fast track myself if I attended the conference? Or would that be overkill at this point?
