Power Automate with IVR

Hello,

I would like to integrate Power Automate with IVR app where customer get call and reply based on few questions, once the answer is valid, we need to update the customer record in SQL database using a web application.

Do we have a IVR control which I can integrate with Power Automate?

We are using Genesys IVR.

Our requirement is:

Customer call -> validate few question from SQL db, -> If success, then ask for some personal details, -> validate them and if valid then update in DB by power automate.

Is it possible using Power Automate with Genesys?

Please let me know.

well i am not sure how we can integrate the Genesys IVR application with power automate - but one possibility is copilot studio can able to provide something simmilar feature, see below
