Hi,

Can someone please help on below.

I have a sharepoint list listing down the requests from different people. Screenshot below only showing one personnel. It could be from different different personnel.

Once the task complete, i will click Done in the column that i box in red as below.

A workflow is set up as below, where i want an email notification is sent to that particular personnel that the task is done with all the details listed in that row in table format.

My problem is that when i update Done, i receive 3 email notification for the 3 rows instead of that one row that i updated.

Also the table that i created in the email has all the detail instead of that details of that row i have changes.

Please help.

What is the purpose of the Get items action? You only want to send a notification for the single item that was changed, so why do you have a Get items action and then send the notifications in an Apply to each loop for each of those items?

    Hi @WillPage ,

I think the Get Items in extra in this flow as all dynamic value can get from "When an item is created/modified".

My email content is as below. i am inputting a lot of values into the email.

I was new to the Power Automate, please let me know how i could simplified the flow.

If you don't have all the dynamic content from the trigger then you can do a Get item (singular) and put the ID from the trigger into there to get the rest of the details for that single item. The problem is that you're getting all the items in the list and then sending a notification for each one.
