I like to automate the Gmail ID creation for the new employees. I am trying to retrieve data from HRM (Ascent) system as an excel file, I am using power automate desktop flow to record the Gmail ID creation, and I am using the smartsheet (whenever a row is created) trigger to start the flow.
I need help on the following points:
1. Is there any easy way to retrieve updated data alone from HRM system
2. How to push data from excel (offline) to a smartsheet
3. Power automate desktop recording is not capturing clicks in the admin. google.com page (any solution for that)
Has anyone developed a better way for automation? Please suggest here, Thanks in advance
