I have created a flow uploading the file attachments together with its name to the Dataverse table. However, this error occurs. Is there anyway can I solve this?

Thanks.

    Thanks, @v-xiaochen-msft . I will try with this.

    Btw, is there any possible way to retrieve the file from the dataverse and displayed to the power apps.?

    If there is, could you please guide me through?

    Ahh, I understand with the long codes for row id, @v-xiaochen-msft

    So, seeing this, if there is anyway to add a new row containing the attachments directly to the dataverse table?

    My scenario is like this, adding file attachments to a new row and not the existing row. and the id of the row is changing and not the one which can be filled directly from the automate flow.

    Hi @Thinzar ,

    Ofc, so if you want to update a record when the name is '13-2', you should use e7cde234-3088-ee11-8179-002248ec6139.

    Each table has an identifier column.  Usually, it is the same as the table name.

    @v-xiaochen-msft ,

    Could you please tell me how could I get the correct record GUID like the long characters you inserted in your sample.

    Btw, Thanks for your sample.

    Re: Storing file attachments to the Dataverse flow

    Thanks, @v-xiaochen-msft ,

    But, I have tested according to the way you suggested, using GUID column name of the table and separate file name and content for data adding. However, the same error keeps occuring.

    The Copilot suggested like this. How should I proceed?
