Permission issue with office 365 email address - When an email arrives

Hello,

I am  creating a flow to monitor email traffic to what is supposed to be an un-monitored inbox (we have people check it because we know it gets emails).

The flow is supposed to record email data in an excel sheet on Onedrive every time I receive an email. I have tested the flow and It works perfectly on my personal (business) email account for work, but is not working for the shared email address.

I have been granted permission to view the inbox and it shows up  on my outlook panel, but am thinking maybe I do not have the right permissions for power automate to access? Any ideas?

hi @jdelligatti  could be permissions but if you are able to see the mail box into outlook service its ok.

Please could you share an screanshot?

HI, Sure, sorry I could not attach images to my first post for some reason. I have 3 images for you, image 1 is the flow (the flows are identical except for the email account. Image 2 is the successful execution on my personal account. Image 3 shows it has not executed for the unmonitored account

    I have solved the issue.

Even though I had access to the "unmonitored" email account, I needed to make that email account "co-owner" of the flow. Once the other account was given ownership privileges it worked. I did not see this in any documentation, it should be added somewhere.

    Thanks
