Approvals Emails look different

I have made two approvals flows which both work but the email they send looks different and one takes you to the powerautomate to approve.  I'd like to know what I have ticked/changed to make this and wondered if you can help.  This is what the emails looks like.

HI @Sdjackson if you could post a screenshot of the flows it would help us identify where there might be differences. Thanks.

Thank you for responding.  The top one sends an email that has the approval buttons in it and you approve direct from the email.  The second one has the buttons in the email but takes you back to Powerautomate to approve.  They look the same (as far as I can see):

Thanks. I suspect you've created this from a template as the Start an approval has been withdrawn and is no longer one of the approval options available. So it might not be working properly and won't be updated. I recommend you delete that in both flows and add in a Start and wait for an approval action. Then your following condition would be Outcome is equal to Approve....

You will find that the approval emails are the same in each case (providing the email clients are the same, there can be differences in rendering between different email clients).

You're a genius.  It would have taken me ages to figure that out.  I deleted the approval card and reinserted a card for Start and wait for approval and it works exactly perfectly.  I left all the other content of the workflow the same so it was really easy.  Many thanks.
