Weekly export of task lists to excel from planner

Hello,

I have created project plans in planner and would like to export specific details of plan into excel on a weekly basis.  I am struggling with creating the flow.  I would like to import the exported data into power bi report to track productivity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am not a coder and I do not have much experience with macros.

    Hi @krieger814 ,

You first need to have an Excel spreadsheet with a table of all your columns.  Upload this to a SharePoint doc library or OneDrive.  Example below is in Table4.

    2) Create a scheduled flow based on the day of the week you want to run it for.  The flow will list the tasks in your plan and then add it to your Excel.  Depending on your requirements, you could delete all the rows in your Excel and add new rows each week.
