Publishing Failed While exporting Solution

Hi,ExportIssue.PNG

 

I am trying to export solution(it contains Desktop Flows) from one environment to another environment, but after click on export button then a pop up window comes and it has 2 options Publish and Check for Issues.

After click on Publish i am getting an error called "Publishing All Customizations Failed."

 

please find the attached screen shot for more info

    Hi,

     

    Have you checked the permission? Because I saw the error message said: Principal with Id : .... does not have ReadAccess right for record with Id ...
