Hello everyone!
I want to create an automated flow in Microsoft Power Automate where, when the form submitter sends the form, only the answered responses are analyzed and saved. Then, each response, along with its respective question name, should be turned into a task in groups and put it in a shared Microsoft OneNote notebook with my collegues.
How can i do this? AI is not helping much today...

Thanks a lot!!

On every question, just use a coalesce expression to process the answer and save it. This expression evaluates the arguments in order and returns the first one that is not blank. Just put the question first and then use '' to return a null string.

Here is a YouTube tutorial on the coalesce expression https://youtu.be/bUoEjeEvDYE?si=MzsmMqQFYZJoIqQS
