Hi Guys,

I'm new to power automate, just wanted to check if a flow can be created for this scenario.
We have a shared mailbox and we copy it while sending emails. These emails should be moved manually to specific folders of the same person within the same mailbox.

For example, if " X " sends an email copying the mailbox, that email should be moved to a folder "X" in the same mailbox. We all have our own folders and we manually move the emails everyday. Hope I have made ir clear.

Thanks, hope someone can help.

    @Ajith1

    Does anyone send email to this shared mailbox except for your team?  It makes a difference in how the Flow will be built.  Let me know and I'll give you an example.

    Hi Scott,

    Thanks for the response, to answer your question, Yes.. We get emails to this mailbox from other teams too but if I can move the emails which are sent from our team atleast, it reduces some manual work and if it's possible to move the emails which are addressed to one of our team members on the mailbox to their folders, it would be great!
