Hello,

I didn't see this topic before so I create this post.

I have a problem on MS Flow, I tried to connect my API URL which is connected to internet but after launching the test Flow the next message appear : "BadRequest http request fail with state code "TrutFailure" and the state message "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ""

I have a HTTP trigger and then a parse JSON and finally the action to add a row in Power BI.

If you need more information I can help you.

Thank you in advance !

    Hi @elabaigt ,

Could you share more details on your flow?

I assume that the error occurs on the trigger, how is the HTTP trigger configured?

Further, please make sure your firewall settings or proxy server settings are configured correctly. Configure the settings on the proxy server to allow access to the endpoints that are used by the service.

Hope the following doc on Upload and bind SSL certificates to Azure App Service could be helpful:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/app-service-web-tutorial-custom-ssl

    Best regards,

    Mabel

Thank you for your reply @v-yamao-msft,

Below this is the error, I was talking about:

    error message.PNG

I use the method GET to get data from my REST full API with the url below:

    url.PNG

I can't verify if my frirewall is correctly configured because I don't have administrator access.

I don't know how Ican resolve this problem.

    Thank you in advance !

    Hi @elabaigt ,

Please ask your admin to check the Firewall setting for you.

Besides, I have tested likes below and the HTTP trigger is just working fine.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Thank you for your reply,

I achieve to resolve this problem by using the HTTP link instead of using HTTPS link because Flow don't accept the certificate.
