Update data with logs

Hello Everyone,

As I am developing app where multiple user and admin will be present, if I create an item and another user login and does changes to data his logs should get created or else new entry should be done in database, As I am using sharepoint list as database.I am attaching ss I want logs of data that can be used to develop report on same.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    I am not sure what do you want.  Where is the log created?

    If you want the get the history of record, you can go to enable the Item Version History function in Version Settings, then each modification will be recorded.
