Delete Attachments

I have a Power App where I am attaching images from the device camera.  These are also added to the SP List.  When I move to Edit and delete and then return to the form, the record is still present.  How do I delete attachments (and will I need to delete all)?

    Are you Submitting the form again before returning?

    The removal of attachments only gets completed when the form is Submitted
