Hi All
Just wondering if someone has done this already?
I have seen one in Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQVYid1p_vA by Paul and Ashlee Culmsee.
Their approach works perfectly if you use the app (PowerApp) in your desktop (web browser) but not applicable when you use mobile devices.
Any feedback to the community?
Thank you in advance.
Regards
Kelo
I see this is still not supported. Pretty frustrating and pointless given that a vast number of PowerApps users would be using their mobile devices. Wonder if and when Microsoft will have some sort of solution to this problem.
Hi @kelomee ,
Thank for your help.
It seems that currently does not support the processing of .aac files, I think the system involved in the tutorial does not support uploading audio from the mobile device, it seems to be a web app instead of a mobile app.
This is currently a limitation, and there is no suitable function in MS Flow to transcode this type of file content.
Best Regards,
I got this error in Flow when I used my mobile phone,
But using desktop browser, I got this (created a playable file successfully)
As @RezaDorrani has mentioned, browser gives base64 format and mobile devices are not (iPhone gives .aac and not playable by any audio player.)
I hope this makes sense.
Again thank you for your reply and hope will sort this as soon as possible.
Hi @kelomee ,
Please tell us that if you use mobile devices, the error displays in the execution of the relevant Flow, or PowerApps does not support such operations.
If it's the latter, please consider posting your question again in PowerApps community to see if such an operation is supported.
If it is the former, please provide the error message that appears during Flow execution so that we can analyze the corresponding problem.
Best Regards,
