Power Automate did not pick up random form submission

I have a form that is set up to trigger an email to be sent using power automate. I've been using this process for months with no issues. Then this morning, one of my form submissions failed to trigger the power automate. It's not in the run history, not listed as failed, it's just "missing". I tested the form with a new submission 5 minutes later and that event did trigger the email. Is there a way to "force" the trigger from the previous form submission, so I can get this email to be sent?

My flow is designed like this:

When a new response is submitted

Get response details

Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2)

My connections are all fine, I have no errors or warnings. Again, form submissions from prior to this one event, and from after, have all been successful.

I am seeing an identical issue right now with my flow. Seems Power Automate and Microsoft Forms are not talking to each other.
