Hello, I have created a large list of topics. Here is a screen shot of some of them below:
When I test the bot and type, for example, SAM the response the bot should come up with is Strategic Account Manager. However, I receive an error message that says "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!
The bot triggers a topic based on the keywords and phrases defined in the topic, not on the name of the topic. Is "SAM" one of the trigger words for that topic?
