Request User Input During Flow

Hello there,

I'm trying tu build our "New employee" Workflow with PowerAutomate, Forms and Sharepoint list. I have the problem, that I need to request additional user input while the workflow is running.

Example:

- The hiring department manager fills a form "New Employee" with all Information he has.
- The provided Data is inserted in a list, and then an E-Mail / Planner Task ist Assigned to the IT Department to determine the phone numbers of the new employe.

- As soon as IT provided the phone numbers, the marketing guys get these information with another Mail / Planner Task to Order the Business Cards.

My Problem is:

I can't find a way to build the input request to the it department. I've seen "Approval" and Mail with Option and I love the simplicity from simply answering from the mail, but these Action only provide the option to return ONE predefined Answer (And a comment).

What I'd love to use was an "Send MS-Forms Request and wait for Answer"-Action but that doesn't exist (yet).

Then I thought of adding the Sharepoint Listitem ID to the Forms URL as Queryparameter to manually identify the correct Answer with the Forms Trigger, but this doesn't seem to be possible.

I hope someone has an good idea for that.

Greetings,

Malte
