I've been using various flows to copy files to our office server. After updating the on-premises data gateway app in Mar 2019, the flows all fail with a 403 message "The credentials for this connection do not have access to...".
When I check my connections I now get a message "Your license(s) doesn’t support use of gateways."
Our IT department confirmed nothing has changed to my licencing option (O365 Enterprise E3). The status of the on-premises gateway is "all set up".
Anybody know whether the licence agreements have changed recently or why the gateway would no longer work?
Hi @Leon_S , the licensing model for PowerApps and Flow changed on the 1st February where some components such as Custom Connectors, and the Data Gateway, now require Plan 1 or Plan 2 to be able to use. There was a grace period up to the 31st January 2020 for users of existing components. Whether the update to your Gateway has cut short your extension, I can't be sure, but here's the related forum post on it.
