Hi,

I am trying to update my Flow to retrieve a value from a Status Reason Drop Down List and place it in a string field.

The field type is Status Reason.

Is there a way to retrieve the text value of the item selected in the drop down list? Right now it is returning the ID of the item.

Example: ...for the following reason (917680003) reach out to confirm...

I need to display the text value instead of the ID.
