Context:

SharePoint online users needs access to some table data stored in On Premise SQL DB. This data will be used for Reports, Power Apps and other custom development inside SharePoint. All the users have Office 365 E5 license

Solution approach:

Read the On Premise SQL DB data using a flow with an Account having Premium subscription and Populate data to SharePoint List. Flow will run daily to sync the data between SQL and SharePoint.

This scenario is considered as multiplexing ??
