i have a sharepoint site which has a list that triggers a power automate flow. does everyone that has access to the sharepoint site have access to my flow? or do i need to share my flow with every user?

No, your flow is yours only until you share it to someone else
Do I need to share my flow with every user?
Depends on what you need to do, could you please give me more information on what your flow do?
