Hi,
I have a Sharepoint library where we keep all our quotes that we send out to customers. I have recently upgraded the library with a template using word quickparts so that all of the important data from the quote is stored as metadata in the library going forward. What I would like to do now is extract the same data from all of our old quote letters to fill in the columns.
Is there a way to use power automate to search a document for a certain text string (total price for example) and update the file properties with the values it found?
