Hello I've built up a power automate approval process ACC. to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruu7UJE0KPk

The problem is that right now I can only use Power Automate Cloud Basic because my company doesn't have a Premium license yet. I did order this via IT_order, but I don't know if it will go through. Basically, the Approval process works, but as a trigger I would like to have a button. For that I need the function "when HTTP request is received" and this is a premium function only.

Is there any other trigger I could use to realize that? In addition, I still miss an important function in the video. I would like that the approved files are not only stored in a specific folder, but get the current date and are provided at the end with an "approved" in the file name.

You can trigger it from a button in a Power Apps app with a standard license. You could then embed the power app in a SharePoint page as a web part.
