New Changes to AI Builder credits

Hi, I hope you guys can answer this question as soon as possible :)

I'm trying to understand the AI Builder licensing changes for Power Automate Premium after November 1, 2025:

Question 1: As an existing customer, will I still receive the 5,000 AI Builder credits per month with my Power Automate Premium license after November 1, 2025?

Question 2: For new customers subscribing to Power Automate Premium after November 1, 2025, how many Copilot Credits (if any) are included with the license, or must they purchase Copilot Credit packs separately?

Question 3: After November 1, 2025, do new customers need both a Power Automate Premium license AND Copilot Credits to use AI Builder features? Or can they use AI Builder with only Copilot Credits (without needing Power Automate Premium)?

I've reviewed the documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/dual-mode-licensing but would appreciate community confirmation.

I really really really tell people that if you are looking for license question validation, please call Microsoft. Anything else is an educated guess and no one you can use to fight microsoft when you get some horrible bill.. but Michael said.,.,. yeah they do not care.

To my knowledge

1. Yes until 2026

2. No Idea, I am not aware of any credits (certainly not AI Builder) that are given they have to buy a credit pack or do Pay as you go

3. Yes, you will always need Credits, its simply changing from AI Builder to Copilot

AI Builder credits seeded in Power Platform or Dynamics licenses will be removed in November 2026.

Question 2: For new customers subscribing to Power Automate Premium after November 1, 2025, how many Copilot Credits (if any) are included with the license, or must they purchase Copilot Credit packs separately?

None are included in Power Automate. The seeding is done.

Question 3: After November 1, 2025, do new customers need both a Power Automate Premium license AND Copilot Credits to use AI Builder features? Or can they use AI Builder with only Copilot Credits (without needing Power Automate Premium)?
Any existing credits can still burn-down, after which only Copilot Credits can be used.
AND
Free trials of AI Builder have been discontinued.
