    The action in Flow is Start and wait for approval (v2). If you are the approver you will receive an email with the adaptive card with approve or reject buttons, a box for comments and any details that were entered in to the action in Flow. Once you press the submit button it will take whatever the next action is, for example update item in SharePoint. You won't need to go into SharePoint at all.

    Ok so you're using a button to trigger the approval flow. What are the steps in your flow, could you post a screenshot?

    Thanks for the screenshot. You don't need a button to trigger this flow becase it will trigger automatically whenever a new item is added to the SharePoint List.

    I wouldn't use the Create an approval but use Start and wait for an approval (V2) which is newer. It will send you the approval email and wait for your approve/reject response then the flow will continue with the rest of the actions.

    sorry pushed solution, but I pushed the wrong button.

    Thing is that it does not help it opens a website where this comes up:

    However if I open Outlook on the web, I can approve inside the mail....

    You don't have to click the link in the email. You would only do that if you want to look at the item you are approving (I tend to put the fields into the body of the email so the approver has all the info and doesn't need to go into SharePoint). Just select Approve or Reject, add a ny comments and click the Submit button (which you get with the Start and wait for an approval, I think the Confirm button is for the old Create an approval).

    @RobElliott

    Hi, but this layout:

    6-Approval email.png

    is in your webmail?

    In the Outlook program I have this :

    mail.png

    So the layout is a bit different and as soon as I click on 'Approve' it opens a website.

    On my mobile phone it is the same.

    Yes that was the approval request in my Office 365 Outlook email. The desktop version gives me the same. Perhaps you are on an older version?
