Create a Teams Channel

I have a PowerAutomate Flow that creates Teams and adds a channel. Worked fine up until a few months ago - now when I create a channel using the out of the box Create a Channel step, the channel gets created but when you click on files the folder in the document library has not been created properly. If I go to SharePoint then in it shows an i next to the channel name in channels and shows the error message "There was an error retrieving this channel's SharePoint URL.

Any ideas anyone?

I've done some more testing. Seems it's only for me that this happens on one tenant. Works for colleagues so must be permissions based somewhere. Will continue to investigate.

Hi, did you end up finding what is going on and resolution? I have the same issue here with my tenant and can't find a fix for this .

I have the same issue on a customer tenant. We are creating Teams with Channel (including Private Channels) by using a provisioning software. It's all done by using Microsoft Graph requests. It worked until a few weeks ago. Now the channels are created within Teams, but when you klick on the files tab, nothing happen. In the SharePoint site collection you can see the red icon which shows a warning about "error retrieving this channels SharePoint URL". Sometimes, the site will be created after a few hours, sometimes we have to wait even days... It looks like a random issue which makes it even more frustrating.

Any updates about this issue?
