I have a Flow which gets info from SharePoint list daily;
Retrieves a Word template;
Populates the Word template with info from that list;
Looks up a folder on SharePoint Library- matching on a value from the guest list;
Places those templates in the corresponding folders.
(Sometimes it is a many-one relationship, as multiple Word docs can go into the same SharePoint folder).
The documents are landing in their correct folders, but the flow is also creating a folder with the Word document ID as its name - and I'm just not sure how I made that happen. The documents are ALSO being placed in the newly created folders (images below).
Does someone see what I'm doing wrong? Many thanks.
