How to design a top menu bar in the canvas any ideas,

I would recommend looking at the component feature for building the top menu. This would allow you to build it once and use it on every screen.

You can use rectangles from the icons section to build a blocked area and then add your icons, logos, etc to complete the menu. You can also use a label on the component and open the text value up to outside the component so that it can be changed on each screen to denote what screen the user is on.
