Unable to save workflow

Hi Team,

I'm getting this error while saving my power automate workflow.

Please refer attached error screen shot

Error Message : The flow has already been modified by one of its owners. You can save your content as a new flow to avoid loss of work; alternatively, close the flow and open it again to retrieve its latest content.

This is temporary. Because you only have one action here, exit and rebuild, save.
