E-mail sending flow with latest modified attachment

Hello Guys, I’m trying to create a simple flow which would send reccuring e-mail every month to same recipients but with different attachment from sharepoint site. To be specific, flow should pick the latest file from the list/folder from sharepoint. I am completly new to power automate and I even made some simple flow but I can not complete it 😞

Hi @Mayosh ,

Why not use "When an Item or a file is modified" as trigger? The modified file should be the latest modified file.

Hello,

I have managed to find it, but it does not trigger at all. I just want it to send e-mail with the latest attachement - only one, not all from particular folder/list.

Hi @Mayosh ,

You can get all the attachments including the new attachments of the Item, but I'm afraid you won't be able to get the newly added attachments individually.

Okay, it Is not a big problem to be honest, but when I test the flow with this scheme
recurrence > when an item or a file is modified > send an e-mail v2
it does nothing and second step is just going with no response 😕

Hi @Mayosh ,

Please try just keep one trigger. Delete the Recurrence and keep When an item or a file is modified as trigger.

Maybe I have described it not as clearly as I should. So I have library where I put reports for previous month. What I want to do is to send the reports on the same day as they appear in the folder/library (I would delete last files before putting new files in)
