I am getting multiple duplicated reoccurring events on my Google calendar from my old MS outlook calendar. I mean can be up to duplicated 100 times.
Here is what I am seeing:
Message I saw on my duplicate events:
"Copied from your Office 365 calendar (AAMkAGZlNTJlMTFjLWY5ZTgtNGRkNS1iMjVjLTc3NWJmYjRjNjU4NABGAAAAAADVkwJWtCVtTZGkqKkUhD5NBwBYkt62XBq6TaTcBlsH4N3kAAAAUuXWAADHhU-WGwnDSpnx8ODt5ZmwAAAMoDorAAA=) Master Event () Check out how template works and limitations: https://aka.ms/flowcalendar "
Key points:
1) I forgot to delete an MS flow (copy outlook calendar to Google calendar) when I quit my last company. Now, I don't have access to delete the flow.
2) Only recurring events are duplicated. not sure why.
3) When I clicked on the link in my duplicated google calendar, it shows up a 404 page. 😞
Any help to resolve this issue will be very much appreciated.
@v-lin-msft thanks for helping to test!
Appreciate it very much!
Now, I will wait for my duplicate events to start....
Cheers.

Thanks for your idea to create a "delete" flow to get rid of the duplicated event. That is pretty smart.
However, since the duplicated events have already been created, your suggested example to start with a "When an event is created" will not work right?
I have tried to build a flow starting with "List the events on a calendar" but could not find that option. So, I am using "When an event starts" instead (see picture). And since I have to wait for a duplicated event to actually start, there is no way for me to test if the flow is actually working. 😞
So, can I trouble you to provide feedback on my flow? thanks.
Hi @rol889,
If they have deleted your account, your flow will not run.
You can email them confirm whether delete your account.
Or you can create a flow to delete the event copied from your Office 365 calendar from your calendar.

Hi @v-lin-msft ,
Thanks for replying.
For point 1: I think they have already deleted my email and employee account. they are pretty strict about it.
For point 2: Thanks for the "Photo" tips. I have inserted 2 photos here to better illustrate my issue.
: Another example of multiple duplicates. This ONLY happens on holidays or special event. Normal work appointment are not duplicated.
When I clicked on the appt, it shows that it was copied from my Office 365 calendar.
Hi @rol889,
Point1:
You can send an email to your former company and ask your former colleagues to temporarily assign permissions to your account to delete your flow, if your account has not been logged out yet.
Point2:
You can insert your screenshots of flow configuration by click the "Photo" button.
Point3:
When I clicked on the link in my duplicated google calendar, it shows up a 404 page.
The problem may be that you cannot access the previous outlook calendar, which is the data source copied by Google calendar.
