Hi Everyone,

When my users open the PowerApps app on their phone, then they have acces to a lot of different apps that we haven’t created. Some of them is organizational apps that other countries from the same company have made and some is the “try apps”. How can I remove all these apps, so my users only see the apps that I made and shared with them. It’s very confusing for them with all these different apps and we don’t want them to see them

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    If the user can get any org app, that means the app is shared with everyone is the organization.

    If you're an Environment Admin, Office 365 Global Admin, or Azure Active Directory Tenant Admin, you can manage the apps created in your organization. So you just need to delete the permission of 'Shared with org' of these Apps.
