Your description of what you want to do is extremely vague so there's no way to really guess what you want to do. Here's an exmaple how to saving an attachment to SharePoint when a new email arrives. Make sure to use Include Attachments and Only with Attachments to YES.
Next I create my files and because there may be more than one, it is inside a loop.
