Hi everyone,
I`m working in one project that has a power app embedded in the power bi report which allows the fist user to submit a form containing alert. When the form is submitted, the data is saved in one SharePoint list and the a flow in the Power Automate is triggered.
Then a second user received an email with the alert and can acting on it using teams or the email. However, the second user was using before the action items >approval functionality in power automate to approve or reject an alert.
The issue is the second user receive the alert by email, however can not see this alert on items >approval in power bi. For the user see the alerts details in power automate should I set up something?
This is the first time that I use power automate and I didn't find a solution to fix this issue.
Can you please help me ?
