A question on power automate desktop

Hi Guys

I have a question regarding power automate, now I am using it on ERP systems so I want to channel the route based on conditions (like if function). However the basis will be based on a number that will appear in specific location. So if number 1 appeared after step 4 then the route will take place on specific direction. However if number 2 appeared its different route. How can I use the condition on the numbers appears on the screen on specific place, taking in consideration that the first 4 steps is general steps for all routes and after step 4 the condition is needed

    Check out a Switch -> Case action set.

    you can determine different outcomes based on a single variable, and there is also a Case Else for others

    You can create one subflow for each process and per Michael's suggestion call them from switch cases.

    Get element attribute and choose “own text” for the attribute type.

    I fully understand the switch case for subflow, the thing is how to identify, I uploaded a picture if you see the the number 941, so based on the number will be the flow. Now the question how to let power desktop recognize the the number whether 941 or other number.941.png

    It looks like you can capture that text field as an element. So use “get element attribute” and then choose “own text” as the attribute you want to get.

    @AliSarhan11

    From the screenshot it looks like you are trying to interact with an SAP application.

    You need to use a desktop recorder to read/write the values.

    Refer the video for writing, likewise you can do the reading the element.
