Approval Action and Notification Question

Hello Everyone,

I have the following two questions on this approval flow I'm working on.

1. Whenever an Approval action email goes out, it will display the Requested By and the Created By fields. I noticed that the Created By field is the email of the person that is the owner of the Flow. Is there a way to change or hide that? I filled in the Requestor field which displays the correct user but it still showed the Created By field which displays the flow owner.

2. My next question regards the following action. I started using it since you can format the html in it, however it doesn't seem to go to the user who submitted the approval request. It seems to go to the owner of the flow instead. Maybe I'm just using the wrong notification action but is there a way to configure this to go to the requestor of the approval? If so, where can I find that?

    Hi @jaflores799 ,

For the first question, unfortunately, we currently have no way to change or remove the Created by included in the Approval email. Please check this idea:

Remove the created by in the Approvals email - Power Platform Community

For the second question, you can consider using Send an email action or Send an email notification (V3) action.

    Best Regards,
