Unable to access response data

How do I access response data if a form was created by another user who is no longer employed with the company? It appears that the Form ID works for saving the flow but I can't get to the information in the form response section.

HI Rezna! The information id helpful, but it does not explicitly solve the issue of MS Forms only being accessible in MS Flow by the owner. I could be wrong.

Hi @Anonymous,

Only the form owner could access the response data, so firstly you need to transfer the MS Form owner.

@v-litu-msft While I'm able to still trigger of the form that I have transferred ownership from myself to a Teams group, the "Get response details" forms action now returns a 404 when trying to retrieve the response from the same form ID. I've confirmed that the form ID is the same ID as the "When a new response is submitted" trigger (which works correctly).

It looks like "Get response details" action only allows you to see responses for forms that you own (and not your team).

I can confirm that both flow and form are owned by the same team.
