We have tight controls on membership for our Viva Engage community.
When a person clicks on the Viva Engage "join" button, we'd like Power Automate to send them to a Microsoft Form survey to ascertain if the Viva Engage admins can grant their request. I'm not sure if PA it would have to email them them the survey or can redirect them another way (Teams message would be fine too).
Can someone assist? I'm rather new to PA and have created a few flows with help. I appreciate any help received.
What part exactly do you need help with, you do not mention.
