Yearly Review Flow

Hi All,

Is it possible to create a flow that will send an email out 1 year after something has been added to a library, telling stakeholders it is time to review the document?

My worry is because it is over 30 days that it won't work. Can I set up something that will run 365 days after it starts?

Thanks!

Kathy Mason

    Re: Yearly Review Flow

    Hi @kmason,

You could add the date of next year as metadata (for instance as a column called "next year") in the library. Then you could set up a Flow that will check if the column "next year" is equal to the run date of the Flow.

A Flow can run for 30 days, so this is the best option.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
