When a new email arrives (V3) trigger doesn't work

Hi all, I am writing this post to seek help for why my email arrive trigger is not working. How I found out it's not working is by testing it manually but it doesn't get triggered even though I receive an email. Below is the screenshot of my trigger setup.

I have tried putting all 9 parameters but it doesn't work as well. I appreciate any comments and answers, thank you!

Hi @CU20120424-0,

Just to double check, what type of mailbox are you using for the testing? Is it a personal Office 365 mailbox or a shared Office 365 mailbox?

In case of the latter you might want to use a different trigger action:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#when-a-new-email-arrives-in-a-shared-mailbox-(v2)

I am using a work email, I tried V2 but it says my email is not found when I try to login so I am guessing it's not a personal email.

Hi @SH-23120202-0,

Thanks for your response. So, it seems you are using M365 mailbox, that is good to know

However, based on your response I am still not really sure what type of M365 mailbox you are using (within M365 you also have several options).

Again to double check, is the mailbox also accessed by other people from your company (also known as a group or shared mailbox)? If it helps I have attached an explanation on what a shared mailbox is:
