Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a sharepoint document library full of .mp4 files. I have this document library showing in a Gallery in which the user can select a video based on the filename "ThisItem.Name", then on the next page the video player will have the video ready to play/review. In the video tool I have the Media field populated with "Gallery2.Selected.'Link to Item'". For some reason a small percentage of my users are having an issue where the video doesn't load properly. I've tested with multiple people, for some the video loads and for others it does not. I tested through Teams, Edge, and Chrome with those who were having the issue. I've checked all permissions in sharepoint, Teams, and Powerapps and nothing seems to make a difference. Is there a glaring solution that I'm overlooking here?
