Birthday Reminder in Teams

Hi There, I have a flow to send a reminder 7 days out to the team of an upcoming birthday and then on the birthday date send a teams message to wish them a happy birthday, this is all dependant on the Birthday List I made to determine whom etc, How can I update the reminder to be sent to everyone individually in the team rather then into the group chat except for the person who's birthday it is coming up.

Do you want to send a message to a user individually instead of sending the message in a group chat or team channel?

I want it to send in multiple chats for example if my team consists of Tim, Luke, Mark, Cindy and Kate and its Kates birthday coming up I want only Tim, Luke, Mark and Cindy to receive a chat notifying them its Kates birthday in 7 days. Currently my reminder goes to the Team channel.

Hi @Boydy1 ,

At my knowledge, you can create an array of mailboxes for these users. Then create a loop to send messages to each person individually.

If you don't know how to exclude the email of the user whose birthday is coming in an array, here is an example.

where would I put the variables as above? after my first Variable? and would List group members steps go in the condition for sending the reminder?

Hi @Boydy1 ,

Variable is not required. it's just an example.

You should use 'list group members' action in 'if yes' branch.
