Hello Team,
I am currently working on organizing our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data related to our surveillance hardware projects, including ATM and branch installations.
Below is the structure I'm using, and I would appreciate guidance on the best way to manage or automate this within Microsoft tools (like Excel, Access, Power Apps, or Dynamics CRM).
---
**Customer Relationship Management Structure**
Project ATM   Branch
---
**PI Model**
- RPI
- M2+
- M5
---
**NVR Making**
- HIKVISION
- PRAMA
- CP-PLUS
**NVR Channels**
- 4CH
- 8CH
- 16CH
---
**Hard Drive (HDD) Sizes**
- 4TB
- 6TB
- 8TB
- 10TB
---
**Camera Brand Options**
- HIKVISION
- PRAMA
- CP-PLUS
---
**Camera Type & Quantity**
- Dome Cameras: [Number]
- Bullet Cameras: [Number]
**SD Card Camera Count**
- SD Card Dome Cameras: [Number]
- SD Card Bullet Cameras: [Number]
---
**My Question:**
What is the best way to manage and visualize this structured data using Microsoft tools (e.g., SharePoint Lists, Power BI, Power Apps, or Microsoft Dynamics)? Ideally, I want to:
- Track installations per site
- Manage inventory per model/brand
- Generate reports for stakeholders
Thank you in advance for your suggestions and help!
Best regards,

This is really best suited for hiring someone to help you. While others can certainly attempt to help you, this is a big ask, and big asks, based on limited information and asking for essentially the best way, is always a concern for me, as it doesn't take much to screw this up badly and I've been doing this on the platform since they were in Beta all the way back in Dynamics initial releases as well as Power Platform as an Employee on the product team, teaches people how to do this.
