I am trying to create job travelers using PowerApps, Automate, and SharePoint Lists (and potentially forms). The goal is to minimize the
time taken to format our SOPs as form-fillable PDFs that are used weekly but require sign offs and approvals for configuration records. Has anyone done anything similar to this?
Currently, I have a PowerApp that queries the dynamic values of these procedures (serial numbers, delegates, planned date of work, and system ID) and exports that data to a SharePoint List to be referenced in filling out those fields on the SOP.
Unfortunately, the company I work for is married to either a .docx or .pdf for base documents that I need to extract the information from.
