Form Output Missing

Hi Everyone,

I am brand new to Power Automate and I am trying to forward answers from a form to a specific email address. I've figured out how to do that, but there are many questions on that form and not all the answers are coming through in the email. There are 25 questions on the form, each of which can have multiple responses. Sometimes responses don't come through for a specific question at all, or sometimes only 1 or 2 answers come through for a specific question that should have had 5 answers. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Katie

    Hello,

To validate for sure, you would need to look at a Run that you feel did this.

Go to Details page of Flow

Go to the Bottom and Click on an instance that did this

Click on and Look at the Input and Output of the Trigger itself

That entire output should be valid Dynamic properties. Thats where you would need to look to see if you actually did get the data, but something else happened further down in your flow.

Like somehow some combination of missing answers (they didnt answer) causes it to flake out in your flow, even though the data came in.

    Cheers
