Hi All,

I need to update sharepoint's person or group column

> When an item is created in the list

>Get the User Information Table
> Find the 'ID' of the person who created the item in the list

>Stamp the 'ID' in Person or Group Column

So you already have the Author and Modified by Fields on your sharepoint so if you want to set another person column try the below

Here is my flow. I don't see much options.

    Logic of the flow is

    > When an item is created in the list

    >Get the User Information Table
    > Find the 'ID' of the person who created from user information table

    >Stamp the 'ID' in Person or Group Column

    Step 1Step 1

    Step 2Step 2ErrorError

Do you mean you can't find it in the dynamic contents ?

Directly After Get Items -> Add the Update Step and then you can select the Modified by Claims from the Get Items and this will automatically insert the apply to each loop or use the expression

    items('Apply_to_each')?['Editor/Claims']

Ok I able run the flow but is it not stamping the ID from 'user information table'
It should update the User SP ID column with - ID from User Information table

I think you need the Getuserprofile before the update step, can you explain the contents of the user information table as I think in your case the SP user id should be a lookup to the user information list and not a person column.
